As part of the growth of our technical team, we are hiring a Senior Python Developer with expertise in Odoo ERP to lead the development and deployment of mission-critical ERP projects.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Odoo Developer, your role will include:

Designing and developing custom Odoo modules (v14, v15, or v16) tailored to client needs.

Building complex business workflows including automation, security roles, and reporting dashboards.

Integrating third-party services using REST and SOAP APIs (e.g., accounting, payroll, e-commerce).

Managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases to ensure performance and scalability.

Participating in software architecture planning, code reviews, and production deployment via Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Deploying Odoo applications in Dockerized environments.

Writing clear technical documentation and providing training to key users and functional teams.
Technical Requirements

Strong command of Python 3.x (OOP, design patterns, clean code principles).

In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP framework (modules, QWeb, XML views, ORM, inheritance).

Experience working with PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON/XML data formats, and RESTful API architecture.

Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu environments for server deployment and automation.

Experience with Odoo version migrations is a plus.

Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Agile mindset, comfortable working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience with Odoo development in production environments.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team.

Critical thinking, precision, and a strong sense of client service.
